I was able to power on the device with an in house power supply (not included). I was able to test the display and buttons to be working. I was able to produce waveforms on both channels. I was able to speed up and slow down sweep time.

I was able to stretch and shrink waveforms. I was able to adjust intensity and position. I was able to save both channels and clear/erase DATA. Product is in working condition. Included in the sale is.
