All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. There are minor scratches on the screen. There are some heavy scuffs and scratches on the sides of the device. The storage bag on the top has some staining. The handle has heavy scuffs.

The feet have some heavy scuffs. I was able to power on the device with a standard power cord.

I was able to test the display and speakers to be working. I was able to connect an in-house signal generator with probes (not included) to the Channel 1 and Channel 2 BNC ports. I was able to get sine, square and triangle waveforms to display on the oscilloscope. I was able to test the trigger modes to be working as I was able to stabilize the waveforms. I was able to test the Auto-Scale feature to be working.

I was able to adjust the vertical shape and position of the waveform using the vertical wave knobs and the vertical position knobs for Channel 1 and Channel 2. I was able to adjust the horizontal shape and position of the waveform using the horizontal wave knob and the horizontal position knob. I was able to test the buttons and knobs to all be working by running a keypad self test.

I was able to save and recall waveforms. I was able to test the XY mode to be working. Product is in working condition. Included in the sale is.
