The item is in Good cosmetic and working condition. Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. The device has noticeable scratches.

The display has noticeable scratches. The handle is missing (see pictures # 6 and 10). All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. I was able to power on the device with a standard power cord. I was able to test the display to be working.

I was able to connect an in-house signal generator to the BNC inputs CH 1 and CH 2. I was able to display sine, square and triangle waveforms. I was able to adjust the vertical shape and position using the vertical waveform knobs and the vertical position knobs.

I was able to adjust the horizontal shape and position using the horizontal waveform knob and the horizontal position knob. I was able to test the trigger modes and auto scale features to be working as I was able to stabilize the waveforms. I was able to test the soft key, main/delay, cursors, measure, acquire, display, save/recall and unity buttons to be working. I was able to test the XY mode to be working. I was able to connect to an in-house PC from the USB ports.

Product is in working condition. No Signal generator, PC and other accessories are included.
