Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. The left side of the handle is loose. The bottom edges are squished and scuffed.

There are some heavy scratches on the top of the device. I was able to power on the device with a standard power cord. I was able to observe the indicator lights to be working. I was able to connect an in-house signal generator to the Ch 1 and Ch 2 BNC inputs using in-house BNC cables (not included). I was able to display sine, square and triangle wave-forms.

I was able to adjust the vertical shape and size of the waveform using the Volts/div knobs and the vertical position knobs for Ch 1 and Ch 2. I was able to adjust the horizontal shape and position of the waveform using the secs/div knob and the horizontal position knob. I was able to test the trigger modes working as I was able to stabilize the waveform. I was able to access the menus using the buttons and I was able to adjust/set different displays. I was able to run the self-tests Screen test, Keyboard test and LED test with no issues.

I was able to test the X-Y mode working as I was able to get the two input signals to cross in an figure 8 shape. I was able to test the auto button working which auto scales the wave-forms.

I was able to test the save and recall feature working. I was able to connect to an in-house PC using an in-house USB-B cable (not included).
