Gould 400 Digital Storage Oscilloscope. Is has been tested, and found to be faulty. Cosmetically this unit has some minor marks and scratches.

Unit powers on and accepts inputs. Internal battery has blown causing slight damage to PCB mask on board and slight corrosion is evident on connector.
