Upon inspection of the device. I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. The bottom left leg is bent. I was able to power on the device.

I was able to connect the device to an in-house audio generator and form sine and square waves. I was able to adjust the vertical shape and position with the volts/div knobs and vertical position knobs. I was able to adjust the horizontal range and location using the Time/DIV buttons and variable knobs. I was able to save and recall waveforms using the storage buttons. The selector switch is NOT functional. When the item is powered on, the device makes a constant low pitched hum. The sine waveforms waver slightly.
