Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.

I was able to power on the device using the included power cord. I was able to connect an in house signal generator and get a wave form on both channels. I was able to use the buttons and controls and test them to be working. Product is in working condition. Included in the sale is.
